General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the workspaces, rooms, and additional services of Sponti-Office, a product of Sponti-Car GmbH, Altendorf SZ. By booking or using these services, users accept these terms and conditions. House rules may also apply. - Offer & Usage:
Sponti-Office offers flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and optional services such as mail forwarding. Usage depends on the chosen package (e.g., Starter package: 4 days/month). Additional days cost CHF 85 per day. - Opening Hours & Access:
Use is permitted Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The office building is closed on weekends. Access is exclusively via a personal access code. Access data is personal and must not be shared. - Booking & Billing
- Billing is done monthly in advance.
- The notice period is 6 months before the end of the contract. If notice of termination is not given in due time, the contract will automatically renew for another year.
- Services are not transferable or sublet.
- Mail forwarding (optional):
Booked mail items are forwarded several times a week via A-Post (priority mail). Swiss Post is liable for the delivery. Daily forwarding is not possible. - Infrastructure & User Obligations
- The infrastructure must be treated with care.
- Respectful interaction and consideration are mandatory.
- Smoking, pets, alcohol, noise and misuse are prohibited.
- Damage must be reported immediately.
- Storage of personal belongings is at your own risk
- All liability is excluded.
- Tax domicile/registered office:
Sponti-Office offers the option of establishing a tax domicile in Altendorf SZ. However, there is no guarantee of recognition by the relevant tax authorities. The burden of proof for effective use rests entirely with the customer. Sponti-Office provides the infrastructure and a digital booking calendar. Further documentation of actual presence (e.g., work records, appointments) must be provided by the customer. - Exclusion & Termination Without Notice:
Sponti-Office reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and without refund in the event of immoral behavior, complaints from other users, or intentional damage to material or inventory. - Disclaimer
Sponti-Office accepts no liability for:- Personal effects or data loss
- Disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure
- Damage resulting from the use of the internet, Wi-Fi or infrastructure
- Copyright or intellectual property rights infringements by users:
- Data protection:
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the data protection policy of Sponti-Car GmbH. - Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. The current version is published on www.sponti-office.ch and is binding. - Jurisdiction
: Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Altendorf SZ.
